Accounting and Administrative Executive

Our client, Saitech International Pte Ltd, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts cum Admin Executive to join their team.
Responsibilities:- Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable and their entries into the accounting system.
- Prepare cheques/GIRO for vendor payments, maturity claim payments, staff salary, and other reimbursements.
- Manage investment accounting and lease accounting.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation and maintain regular cash flow.
- Prepare financial statements and Cash flow Statement of the Company (full sets of accounts).
- Prepare quarterly management accounts and schedules for assets and liabilities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MAS forms.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, coordinate with external auditor for providing documents and adhering to necessary requirements of audit.
- Prepare IR8A form annually.
- Prepare and process staff salary and CPF submission.
- Liaise with vendors for office services.
- Arrange insurance/medi claim for staff and office.
- Order stationery and other office items.
- Maintain leave records.
- Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Meticulous, able to multi-task, and possess a positive attitude.
- Diligent and result-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility to meet tight deadlines.
Fixed salary per month as per industry practice and experience.
