Job Title: Luxury Brand Manager

Job Summary:
As a Luxury Brand Manager, you will be responsible for co-leading the localization, definition, delivery, and performance of luxury brands in the assigned region. You will work closely with regional Commercial, Operations, D&E, and Development teams to ensure hotel readiness deployment of initiatives, drive brand and hotel performance, and support our growth agenda.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the localization and implementation of brand strategy and brand plans, based on the Global framework, adapted where appropriate for the assigned Region.
2. Support development, piloting, and hotel implementation of product and service innovations for each brand to strengthen brand health/attribute perception and raise brand awareness and equity within the region.
3. Integrate rollout with global project groups as appropriate. Ensure 'Hotel Ready' process adopted.
4. Manage rollout of brand induction programme for corporate and hotel employees.
5. Deliver the hotel brand pre-opening process to ensure end-to-end delivery for NHOPs
6. Manage and execute implementation and measurement of brand standards and guest experience standards, working with local quality team colleagues to ensure all relevant product and service enhancements are reflected in the brand standards and ensure brand standards are up-to-date and accurate at all times
7. Lead development and ensure effective implementation of regional toolkits and resources to support high-quality and consistent hotel brand marketing and brand tools for other stakeholders' teams (e.g., Development, D&E etc).
8. Monitor and track project budgets, cost estimates, and invoices and provide a filing system for all brand materials produced in the region.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Marketing, Communications, or Business degree preferred.
2. Min 5 years in luxury hospitality or other consumer-focused luxury sector, preferably within a large multi-national company, with roles focused on marketing and/or brand management.
3. Experience in a multi-national operating environment within Asia.
4. Superior oral and written communications skills including presentation skills, public speaking ability, and group decision facilitation.
5. Independent, self-starter.
6. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
7. Demonstrates accountability and is able to meet tight deadlines and multi-task.
8. Ability to influence internal stakeholders and effectively establish strong working relationships that produce solid results.
9. Ability to manage agency relationships to drive quality in a cost-effective and timely manner.
10. Proven team player.
11. Strong understanding of brand standards and brand management.
12. Demonstrated understanding of the market research process.
