Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing files.


Key Skills
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing files.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input and update information in databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and format various documents, reports, and presentations as needed by the team or management.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, responding to inquiries and directing them as appropriate.
  • Office Organization: Maintain a tidy and organized office environment, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning.
  • Meeting Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes as required.
  • Support Projects: Provide assistance on special projects and initiatives, collaborating with team members to achieve objectives.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
