Accounts and Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts and Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle accounting duties independently and provide support for HR administrative tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
• Handle daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking
• Prepare financial reports and assist in month-end and year-end closings
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
• Ensure timely filing of tax and statutory compliance reports
• Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis
• Human Resources:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation
• Process payroll and ensure accurate salary disbursement
• Address employee grievances and ensure compliance with HR policies
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events
Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. Preferably to have full-set accounting experience. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
