Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Management
- Staff Scheduling & Movements: Develop and manage work schedules to ensure optimal staffing at outlets, overseeing staff transfers and rotations as needed.
- Payroll Administration: Process monthly payroll with accuracy and compliance with CPF and salary regulations, addressing and resolving payroll-related queries.
- Work Permits & Passes: Handle applications and renewals for work permits, S Passes, and other required employee passes in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Facilitate recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Employee Relations & Ad Hoc Tasks: Address employee concerns, manage HR-related projects, and adapt to the dynamic needs of a fast-paced work environment.
- Compliance & Record Keeping: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while maintaining accurate and updated HR records.
- Financial Operations: Oversee daily accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
- Internal Controls: Implement and maintain strong internal controls to ensure compliance with statutory and accounting regulations.
- Strategic Alignment: Work closely with department heads to align HR and financial strategies with overall business goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and implement best practices to enhance HR and accounting functions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and accounting software.
