Job Summary

FUJITSU ASIA PTE LTD is seeking a skilled Customer Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 2nd level onsite troubleshooting support to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Coordinate with equipment vendors and suppliers to resolve technical issues
  • Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on outstanding issues
  • Maintain accurate call log database and escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements
  • Possess NITEC certification or Diploma in IT or relevant field
  • Experience in desktop support and good working knowledge of Windows OS and basic network concepts
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in customer support environment
  • Able to work under pressure and independently in a team environment
  • Willing to travel around Singapore to multiple sites
  • Able to work on rotating shifts, including night shifts
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
