Key Responsibilities

As a Document Management Associate, you will be responsible for managing trade finance related documents, including scanning, categorizing, and maintaining secure physical and electronic storage. You will also track the validity, amendments, and status of each Letter of Credit (LC), ensuring timely access to authorized personnel.

You will work closely with the trade finance operations team to ensure seamless processing and availability of scanned documents, generate and submit Hourly IMEX (Import/Export) reconciliation reports, and manage monthly archiving of bank-related files and documents.
