Key Responsibilities
  1. Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  2. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in accounts payable statements.
  3. Prepare and distribute monthly accounts payable reports to relevant stakeholders.
  4. Maintain effective relationships with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate smooth payment processes.

  6. Oversee the management of GST reporting and Fixed Assets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  7. Support quarterly internal and external audits, providing accurate and timely information as required.
  8. Continuously evaluate and improve accounts payable processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related finance role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Familiarity with accounts payable best practices and procedures
