  • Team Management: Oversee scheduling and payroll, ensuring resources are allocated effectively for peak and off-peak periods.
  • Staff Development: Train and mentor sales specialists, fostering a culture of passion and continuous learning.
  • In-Store Activations: Support product launches, marketing initiatives, and exclusive events tailored to travellers and local customers.
  • Compliance & Security: Maintain loss prevention standards, audit compliance, and adhere to Singaporean retail regulations.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of retail management experience in premium/luxury sportswear or airport retail.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales trends and customer behaviours.
  • Experience managing team schedules in variable-traffic environments.
  • Available to work flexible hours aligned with Jewel Changi Airport's extended operating hours.
  • Strong leadership and operational expertise.
  • Proficiency in retail technology and inventory management systems.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with emphasis on business or retail management.
