We are looking for individual with the passion and experience to work in **Ecommerce and Travel agency space**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement strategies to optimize new customer acquisition, conversion, frequency, and loyalty both online and offline
- To lead other colleagues in delegation to meet company objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and campaigns to determine whether these meet the Company’ objectives and make recommendations for future marketing plans
- Responsible for overall merchandising, including marketing and VM collaterals
- Manage, identify, and establish strategic partnerships with suppliers, including finding new suppliers/productsAssist in packing and arranging stock

**What You’ll Need**:

- 0-1 year of experience in Operation/Account Management in E-Commerce/travel industry
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Hardworking, creative, self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
- A startup attitude
- Highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up your sleeves mindset that is not afraid to work independently when requiredA mindset and attitude that wants to contribute and grow with the company

After successful working period, you will be promoted to Assistant Manager.
