**Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Management**:

- Process online orders, ensuring quality control, packing, and timely completion.
- Conduct thorough quality checks to maintain high standards for all orders.
- Manage returns across e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate deliveries and pick-ups with third-party vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure alignment with sales forecasts.
- Communicate with customers regarding returns and exchanges.

**Customer Service**:

- Address customer issues with efficiency and care.

**Administrative Support**:

- Enter and manage data accurately across various software platforms.
- Generate reports and analyze e-commerce performance metrics.
- Maintain thorough and organized records of transactions and customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- A proactive and customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
