Patient Meal Service Coordinator

This role involves overseeing patient meal services and fostering positive relationships with patients.
- Fulfill a range of responsibilities to ensure seamless patient meal service.
- Effectively manage meal orders, provide timely service, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Maintain open communication channels with dietetics, kitchen staff, and other departments to guarantee accurate and efficient meal delivery.
- Follow established procedures for meal service management and control room operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Address patient complaints and feedback in a timely manner, providing constructive solutions.
- Meet departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through dedication and hard work.
- Participate in training sessions, mentor new team members, and conduct orientation training on customer service and EMOS system usage.
- Perform administrative and operational tasks assigned by superiors and management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of relevant working experience, preferably in customer service or the F&B industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with various levels of staff to achieve successful outcomes.
- Strong service-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Able to analyze situations, work autonomously, and stay motivated.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards.
