Job Title: Meal Operations Assistant

 

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Supervisor in the Control Room in operations and matters related to patients' meals. Key duties include generating patient meal chits, inspecting meals prepared by the kitchen team, handling enquiries or feedback, and coordinating with dietetics, speech therapists, and nursing on meal requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level / 'O' Level / Nitec with 4-6 years of relevant experience, or Fresh Diploma graduate.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of related experience at a supervisory level, preferably in a hospital, upscale hotel, restaurant, or high-volume food service facility.
  • Language Skills: Ability to write, speak, and read English proficiently. Fluency in a second language is advantageous.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Technical Knowledge: Ability to understand and read diet chits and eMOS system.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills.
