Job Description

The role of the Control Room Coordinator is to assist in providing high-quality meals to patients in accordance with hospital dietetics requirements.

Key responsibilities include generating patients' meal chits and meal summary reports from eMOS for kitchen preparation, inspecting meals prepared by the kitchen team to ensure food quality, therapeutic specifications, and hygiene standards, handling inquiries or feedback and following up with appropriate actions, coordinating with dietetics, speech therapy, and nursing departments regarding meal requirements, liaising with the kitchen team to prepare special therapeutic diets, performing inpatient meal sensory evaluations and other quality improvement projects, and meeting operational KPIs set by the supervisor.
