About the Role

We are seeking a skilled commercial analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and pricing strategy.

  • Review tender documents to identify clients' requirements and develop cost models that support bid strategies with competitive and profitable pricing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to propose optimal pricing proposals and optimize different costs to maintain competitiveness.
  • Benchmark prices/costs to provide the best commercial outcome aligned with company directions.
  • Perform revenue & cost management, P&L analysis, and cashflow management using various financial and pricing models.
  • E nsure all costs are accurately included in pricing templates and translated into customers' pricing templates.
  • Support Business Units and internal stakeholders with valuation preparation and pricing approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all pricing activities.
About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in commercial pricing, financial analysis, and price modeling, preferably in integrated facilities management services.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Intermediate/Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
