Job Title: Assistant Director

The Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation (CPHRI) is a centralised platform for population health research, innovation, implementation, and evaluation activities. Our mission is to leverage data and technology to guide and support population health initiatives and accelerate the implementation of research findings in care delivery and improvement.

As an Assistant Director, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring sustainable growth of our research and implementation capabilities. A key focus will be leading complex research collaborations and managing multiple concurrent research projects across various institutions and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the Centre's goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including researchers, policymakers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Research Collaboration: Lead complex research collaborations and manage multiple concurrent research projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Social Science, Business Administration or related academic area with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous healthcare experience will be an advantage.
  • Proven track record of managing research collaborations and partnerships across multiple organisations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Work Arrangements:

This role offers hybrid work arrangements, providing the flexibility of working remotely and in the office.
