**Clinical Planning Specialist Job Description**

Job Overview

The Clinical Planning Specialist will play a key role in supporting the Senior Manager under the Clinical Services Planning & Integration (CSPI) Division. This individual will be responsible for formulating clinical strategies, connecting and aligning key drivers to develop coherent implementation plans for conditions with significant disease burden.

They will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including various specialists and primary/community care leaders to drive and support NUHS' population health goals and role as Regional Health Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Development of clinical/population health strategies and implementation plans
  • Organising and coordinating engagements and opportunities for collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance integration/coordination of care between hospitals, primary care and community care
  • Providing effective secretariat and administrative support, stakeholder and project management e.g. preparation of minutes, papers and presentations, follow-up on matters arising

**Job Requirements**

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Healthcare, Life Sciences or Business Administration
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in public healthcare
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess confidence to work with internal and external stakeholders of different levels
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines
  • Good analytical and organization skills
  • Good writing, communication, problem solving, and presentation skills
