**What the role is**
- You will join the Population Health Planning Office (PHPO) which is responsible for developing concepts, policies and working models with partners to enable the successful roll-out of Healthier SG. You will be working in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
**What you will be working on**
- You will: - Formulate, review and implement policies and detailed processes to improve population health - Organise and drive stakeholder engagement to support population health efforts - Work collaboratively with a range of partners such as Agency for Integrated Care, Health Promotion Board, clusters and community partners to ensure that the policies and plans meet national objectives
