Population Health Management Executive Role

This is a high-profile contract position that requires expertise in population health management and healthcare planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving population profiling to inform system planning and care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain PHM profiling products
  • Consolidate and report on Population Health indicators performance
  • Plan and facilitate strategic initiatives for Population Health Data and/or Analytics User Group and Health
  • Support data and/or data analytics requests for PHM

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Public Health, or Statistics preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office required
  • Experience in data analytics and visualization tools advantageous
  • Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills
  • Good people management skills and ability to manage multiple projects with effective time management
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Location: Singapore. This 6-month contract role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic organization and contribute to the development of innovative solutions in population health management.
