Job OverviewA Regional Business Controller will be responsible for managing all financial and administration topics related to the Perfume Division in Asia Pacific. This includes working closely with the Chief Financial Officer, Parfums APAC Managing Director and country/sales area managers, acting as a Business Partner to support decision-making and provide indicated actions.The role requires strong analytical skills to assess profitability, manage credit control for all clients, and monitor stock level and quality. Additionally, the person should be able to identify risks and give recommendations to the MD. The individual must also ensure timely submission of reports and comply with Brand's and LVMH rules.The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' experience in Financial operations or similar role, advanced Excel skills, and fluency in English.   • Manage all financial and administration topics related to the Perfume Division in Asia Pacific

  • Assess profitability and manage credit control for all clients
  • Monitor stock level and quality and relevant P&L impact through obsolescence provision
  • P&L Monitoring and Control, being able to identify risks and give recommendations to the MD
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and comply with Brand's and LVMH rules
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in Financial operations or similar role
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Self-organized, disciplined, and hands-on
  • High level of professionalism and attention to details
