**Job Title:** Mobility Contract Manager

**Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing contracts, supporting transformation projects, and ensuring compliance across global operations.

They will be responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle, including negotiation, execution, and alignment with corporate policies.

  • Manage contracts from inception to completion.
  • Negotiate and execute contracts with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies through liaison with Legal, Procurement, and HR.

In addition, they will support transformation projects by implementing new systems, administering agreements, and managing documentation.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of years of experience in global mobility, HR operations, or commercial contracts.
  • Proven experience in complex service agreements and vendor management.
  • Strong understanding of global mobility processes and international compliance.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into structured documentation.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration across cultures and time zones.
