Job Description:

The Global Mobility Transformation Program is a critical component of our organization's strategy to enhance employee experience and productivity. As the Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in the execution and governance of this program.

This role requires strong HR and Global Mobility acumen, as well as advanced expertise in contract negotiation, administration, and vendor management. You will oversee the end-to-end administration of key program agreements, including data management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Negotiate, administer, and manage contracts related to the Global Mobility Transformation Program
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for the successful implementation of various Global Mobility Transformation initiatives
  • Data Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date data on program agreements and vendors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management, HR, or related field
  • Advanced expertise in contract negotiation, administration, and vendor management
