Job Title: Project Manager - Facilities Management

The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. We are seeking an experienced project manager with expertise in facilities management to join our organization.

Job Description:

Manage all aspects of project delivery, including planning, coordination, and execution. Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation strategies, and budget control procedures. Oversee the work of site engineers, supervisors, and workers to ensure smooth project operations. Coordinate project meetings, documenting minutes with action plans and deadlines. Meet with suppliers and contractors for review of scopes and perform price negotiations. Compile and generate overall project costing and track project KPIs. Maintain completeness, accuracy, and storage of project documents. Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders regularly. Stay up to date with best practices, technologies, and industry trends.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Facilities Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a manager role in IFM industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
