The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project operations, including deployment planning, site supervision, and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Analyze project data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve project performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as facilities management, business administration, or engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a project coordination or management role, preferably in the facilities management industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
