Job Title: Risk Management Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated Risk Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of risk management and quality control across the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in risk management, compliance, or data protection, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role. They will also have excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data protection policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and global regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for remediation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver risk and compliance training programs.
  • Provide advice and guidance to engagement teams on internal policies, regulations, and contractual obligations.
  • Assist with background checks and daily risk management activities for engagement teams.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance; a background in law is a plus.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or data protection, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment.
  • Good knowledge of data protection laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
