Job Summary

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Fire Protection Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and maintenance of fire safety measures throughout our facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire protection engineering, with experience in designing, constructing, and maintaining fire protection systems. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement fire safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate fire risks
  • Design and install fire protection systems, including sprinkler systems, fire alarms, and suppression systems
  • Ensure all fire protection systems are properly maintained and inspected regularly
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Min. bachelor's degree in engineering, specializing in Fire Protection Engineering or related fields
  • At least 10 years of experience in fire protection system design, construction, and operation & maintenance for pharmaceutical and chemical plants
  • Familiar with and proficient in Singapore's fire protection laws, regulations, and relevant standards
  • Proficient in using AutoCAD and related tools
  • Experience in leading fire protection projects to successfully pass SCDF drawing audits and site audit
