Sales and Administrative Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Administrative Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling sales enquiries and customer purchase orders, processing sales quotations and orders, and providing excellent customer service.
About the Role- Location: Based in Chin Bee with easy access to Boon Lay MRT station
- Working Days: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Salary: A competitive salary of $2200 - $3000 per month

Responsibilities- Handle sales enquiries and customer purchase orders
- Process sales quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders
- Liaise with customers on product quality and delivery
- Provide pre- and post-sales services to maintain good working relationships with customers
- Arrange shipments according to sales orders
- Retrieve mill test certificates when required
- Monitor and assist the finance department in collecting payments from customers
- Assign tasks given by departmental heads and directors
- At least 2 years' experience in sales or administration, preferably in the hardware or electrical industry
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Experience working with valves, pipes, and fittings
- A competitive salary of $2200 - $3000 per month
