Job Title: Hospitality Supply Chain Specialist

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding hotel partners to expand our accommodation inventory.

Your primary objective will be to establish strong relationships with hotels, negotiate commercial agreements, and ensure seamless onboarding processes.

You will work closely with internal teams to optimize hotel listings and drive strategic supply growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • IDentifying potential hotel partners, such as independent properties, chains, and boutique hotels.
  • Pitching the value proposition effectively and collaborating with hotels to onboard them onto our platform.
  • Establishing competitive commercial agreements concerning rates, inventory, promotions, and commission structures.
  • Building strong relationships with hotel partners to foster ongoing collaboration and loyalty.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. You will be required to monitor hotel partner performance metrics and provide market insights to drive strategic supply growth.
