Job Title:
Acquisitions Specialist

Job Summary:
The Acquisitions Specialist will oversee the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. This role involves managing Purchase Orders, coordinating deliveries from manufacturing sites, allocating stock to customers according to plans and schedules, and building strong relationships with factory partners and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Purchase Orders, including generating and monitoring status.
  • Coordinate deliveries from manufacturing sites and allocate stock to customers in accordance with plans and schedules.
  • Maintain good working relationships with factory partners and colleagues.
  • Prepare monthly reports for management on key performance indicators.
  • Oversee inventory management, including excess stock and shelf-life stock.
  • Facilitate coordination between the Customer Service Department and Sales Department in case of inventory shortfalls or late deliveries.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant field, preferably in inventory management.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Oasis System is an advantage.
