Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Procurement Specialist to join our team. As an Inventory Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor purchasing activities, handle sourcing, and process purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with vendors to optimize logistics and streamline supply chain operations.
  • Verify deliveries against orders and track inventory movements.
  • Prepare outgoing goods for dispatch to various locations and countries.
  • Conduct regular stocktaking and record monthly inventory status.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a procurement or logistics environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Independent and proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
