Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute programs for Leidos in the Asia Pacific region. Ensure the successful attainment of program objectives including scope, timeline, profit and loss, quality, and technical standards. Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks throughout various stages such as pre-sales, contract initiation, program implementation, service transition, and ongoing service phases. Achieve project revenue goals and manage cash flow effectively. Monitor project estimates to complete (ETC) and estimates at completion (EAC) against the established budget. Cultivate relationships and manage communications with clients, subcontractors, distributors, and both internal and external teams. Ensure the program is completed successfully, adhering to the defined scope, schedule, and budget. Create comprehensive program work plans that may encompass manufacturing, research and development (R&D), installation, and maintenance to optimize program performance. Act as an on-site program manager when necessary, preparing method statements and risk assessments, while collaborating closely with stakeholders to guarantee a safe and effective installation. Develop and implement a communication strategy for both internal and external stakeholders for each program. Provide timely updates and reports to all program stakeholders. Ensure all documentation complies with company and contractual standards. Assist Sales, Service, and other departments in pursuing regional sales and service opportunities. Facilitate the transition from Program to Field Service Support, including planning and maintaining an adequate supply of spare parts. Aid in the preparation of tenders, requests for proposals/quotations (RFP/RFQ), and create compliance matrices, technical proposals, and presentations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electronics or Management Over 12 years of professional experience, including at least 6 years in project management and personnel management within an international organization Previous experience managing capital equipment or systems projects/programs. Demonstrated ownership of project scope, budget, and schedule with proven results. Experience managing projects or programs with contract values exceeding 1 million Singapore Dollars is advantageous. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus. Relevant experience in x-ray, baggage systems, IT, building control systems, building automation systems, or defense and security environments is beneficial. Other relevant experience includes control systems, planning, and logistics. Proficient in managing multiple stakeholders with the ability to devise and implement a stakeholder management strategy. Experience in high-reliability or mission-critical environments operating 24/7. Exceptional organizational skills. Familiarity with computers and operating systems, along with some networking knowledge is advantageous. Team-oriented with the capability to prioritize and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse levels of customer and company personnel effectively. A customer-centric approach with the ability to foster strong internal and external relationships. Capacity to make independent and sound business decisions. Willingness to travel within the Asia Pacific region, sometimes on short notice.
