Manual Wet Chemistry Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Manual Wet Chemistry Specialist to join our team. As a Manual Wet Chemistry Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests and samples, as well as quality inspections assigned to you by your supervisor.
You will be expected to have in-depth knowledge of all equipment operating procedures and quality control processes, as well as be competent in the use of laboratory equipment.
- Raw material process and finished product quality control analysis
- Advance maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of assigned laboratory equipment
- Maintenance of chemicals and consumables inventory, preparation, and standardization of chemical reagents, and waste management
- Maintenance of quality records and development of quality procedures
- Training of junior laboratory or chemical technicians
- Calibration of equipment
- Conduct and contribute to risk assessment, quality procedures, and decision-making on quality and maintenance
- Procurement of materials and budget controls
- Implementing QA & Safety Activities
- Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or chemistry-related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in conducting Manual Wet Chemistry or Manual Lab Testing
- Hands-on experience with equipment calibration and reagent preparation
This role offers a competitive salary of $2800 - $3200 per month, plus a site allowance of $200. Our working hours are from 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with transport provided from Jurong East.
