Manual Chemistry Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Manual Chemistry Technician to perform manual wet chemistry and lab testing, maintain laboratory equipment, and ensure quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct raw material process and finished product quality control analysis
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, troubleshooting as needed
  • Manage chemicals and consumables inventory, prepare and standardize chemical reagents, and implement waste management procedures
  • Develop and maintain quality records and procedures, including risk assessment and decision-making
  • Train junior technicians in laboratory or chemical processes
  • Procure materials and manage inventory controls

Requirements:

  • Degree in Chemical Process Technology or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in manual wet chemistry or lab testing
  • Hands-on experience with equipment calibration and reagent preparation
