Laboratory Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our laboratory. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with operating standards, managing a team of Laboratory Assistants, and coordinating activities to meet work schedules and targets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical related fields, with a minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in laboratory testing (wet chemistry). They will also possess excellent leadership skills, good understanding of laboratory equipment, and experience of manual testing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily laboratory activities
- Supervise and lead a team of Laboratory Assistants
- Ensure compliance with operating standards
- Coordinate with production teams for preventive & corrective actions
- Monitor performance of staff, equipment, and laboratory processes
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Chemical related field
- Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in Laboratory Testing (Wet Chemistry)
- Ability to supervise and lead a team of Laboratory Assistants
- Good understanding of laboratory equipment such as GC, AAS, Auto-titrator, NIR etc
