We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Specialist to support the design, review and implementation of HR policies related to pay and benefits.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policy frameworks and employment law, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, Power BI and HRIS platforms.

The role requires effective time management and prioritization skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills to engage and align diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Design and Review: Design, review and implement HR policies related to compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with global frameworks, local regulations and business needs.
  • Compliance and Evaluation: Evaluate compliance with internal, external and statutory requirements, and conduct benchmarking and gap analysis to inform policy updates.
  • Policy Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain an updated HR Knowledge database, monitor regulatory changes and assess policy implications, and collaborate with Legal, Risk and Audit teams to ensure compliance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with HRBPs, Rewards, Payroll and business leaders to gather input and validate policies, facilitate workshops or working sessions to co-create or refine policies, and track stakeholder feedback and follow up on action items.
  • Digital Tools and Communication: Use digital tools to manage policy lifecycle, develop digital toolkits, dashboards and communication materials, and maintain documentation and audit trails for policy decisions.
Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications: Relevant degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Professional Skills: Strong understanding of HR policy frameworks and employment law, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, Power BI and HRIS platforms, ability to interpret data, identify trends and make evidence-based recommendations.
  • Personal Skills: Effective time management and prioritization skills, strong interpersonal skills to engage and align diverse stakeholders.
