Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to provide administrative support and manage HR-related tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the management team, handling tasks such as documentation, filing systems, and office supplies.
  • Manage payroll systems using Info-Tech software, ensuring timely payments and accurate records.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, transfers, or cancellations, ensuring compliance with MOM requirements.
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and memos.
  • Assist with purchasing of site materials and handle ad hoc administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification.
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in the construction or renovation industry.
  • A strong understanding of MOM regulations and HR policies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Detail-oriented, independent, and proactive.

Salary:$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
