About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR and Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, as well as handling various human resources tasks.

Job Description:
The HR and Administrative Support Specialist will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, email management, and document preparation
- Handling various human resources tasks, such as recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Assisting with payroll processing and other financial tasks
- Coordinating travel arrangements and managing company expenses

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including:
- A salary of SGD $4,500 - $6,000 per month, depending on experience
- Overtime pay at a rate of 1.5 times the regular hourly rate
- 12 days of annual leave and 10 days of sick leave per year
