Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both Mandarin and English, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the Director's schedule, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming communications such as emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Act as the first point of contact, screening and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist with personal tasks, such as managing personal appointments, reservations, and events.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English for frequent communication.
  • Experience providing administrative support to senior executives.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team at GO GLOBAL HR PTE. LTD. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Director's daily activities.

The salary for this position is approximately SGD 50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
