HR and Administrative Support Specialist

Osg Containers and Modular Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled HR and Administrative Support Specialist to join our team.

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources and Administrative functions. Key responsibilities include:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate and support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling. Conduct orientation sessions and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and benefits enrollment. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation. Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes, including scheduling reviews and tracking performance metrics. Address employee queries related to performance management and development.
The ideal candidate will possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent, with a minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience. A good command of English (spoken and written) is essential.
