HR and Administrative Support Specialist

At OSG Containers and Modular Pte. Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled HR and Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in human resources and administrative functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources and Administrative functions. This includes overseeing HR processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and performing general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate and support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling. Conduct orientation sessions and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and benefits enrollment. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Prepare letters, forms, email correspondence, etc. Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation. Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes, including scheduling reviews and tracking performance metrics. Address employee queries related to performance management and development.
- Compliance and Reporting: Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring organizational compliance. Prepare and submit reports related to HR metrics, employee turnover, and other relevant data.
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Coordinate maintenance and repair services for office infrastructure.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed. Handle correspondence, scheduling, and meeting arrangements.
Requirements:
- A high level of integrity when handling confidential information.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
- A good command of English (spoken and written).
- Meticulous, highly organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
We offer a competitive salary of SGD 48,000 - SGD 60,000 per annum, depending on experience. The estimated salary range may vary based on individual qualifications and skills.
