Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key HR functions to align with business objectives.
  • Provide HR guidance to business units and support HR initiatives.
  • Drive strategies to improve employee experience and engagement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR business partnering.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and a self-motivated approach to task completion.
