At Infosys Singapore & Australia, we're looking for a skilled Human Resources Business Development Specialist to join our team.

The estimated salary for this role is SGD 85,000 - 120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

This role includes:

  • Providing advice and guidance to line managers and employees on HR processes
  • Liaising with payroll and managers to ensure timely processing of timesheets and pay-related matters
  • Managing probation periods and NetSuite updates
  • Reviewing and updating company position descriptions
  • Monitoring and updating HR policies to ensure compliance with current legislation
  • Creating HR-related letters for employees
  • Offboarding staff, including completing tasks and notifying the broader team
  • Maintaining accurate and timely data entry and systems processing

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Excellent business partnering skills, ability to persuade and influence business leaders
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as teamwork capabilities
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and high-priority workloads
