Administrative Support for Holiday Season

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support for our operations during the holiday season. Key responsibilities include:

  • Packing of goods
  • Handling walk-in customers and providing assistance
  • Responding to basic inquiries
  • Conducting basic stock takes
  • Performing basic cleaning and housekeeping tasks

The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese languages and have basic computer skills. This is a temporary opportunity, and the selected candidate will be required to work 6 days a week from 10am to 6pm. Successful applicants will be provided with on-the-job training.

Key Requirements

  • No prior experience is required
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to changing circumstances
