  • Proven experience leading engineering teams in agile environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

A self-driven, adaptable, and independent individual who can thrive in a dynamic start-up environment. Experience in healthtech or regulated industries is a plus.
