Production specialists play a pivotal role in maintaining the excellence and efficiency of our production processes. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a senior production specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assigned manufacturing tasks to produce high-quality products under limited supervision and instruction.
  • Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot equipment and tools for optimal performance.
  • Assemble and test products in accordance with established work standards, test procedures, and work schedules.
  • Collaborate closely with supervisors and engineers to execute controlled experiments for feasibility studies.
  • Execute moderately complex assignments by assisting engineers with troubleshooting and supporting supervisors with data collection and providing independent judgment.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives to meet production goals.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to prevent downtime.

Requirements:

  • Tech Diploma, Nitec, or Vocational Certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Experience in Manufacturing Instruments in Life Science or Medical Devices Industry.
  • Experience in ISO 13485 audits and cGMP environments.
  • Experience in executing equipment installation IQ/OQ.
  • Proficiency in soldering electrical components.

Preferred Skills:

  • Technical expertise in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with good problem-solving skills.
