Job Overview

The role of Technical Product Specialist is crucial in driving innovation and customer satisfaction through the development and implementation of technical solutions.

In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and engineer products that meet customer needs, improve cost efficiency, and boost productivity.

As a Technical Product Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing complex technical requirements, identifying innovative solutions, and collaborating with suppliers to source new materials and technologies.

Additionally, you will engage directly with customers to understand their applications and recommend suitable products, perform on-site technical support and training as required, and contribute to expanding the company's product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing product designs and manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement or redesign.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and partners to source new materials, components, or technologies that enhance product performance and reduce costs.
  • Support cross-functional teams in developing, testing, and validating prototypes, as well as implementing process changes.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate the impact of new solutions on productivity, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately document technical findings, process modifications, and solution proposals.
  • Participate in meetings with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to communicate progress and share insights.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CAD or process simulation software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Basic knowledge of product design, manufacturing processes, and materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail and timeliness.
