Job Title: Technical Product Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting product managers in leading projects and ensuring successful project delivery.

This involves providing technical guidance, coordinating field tests, and communicating with stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving new technology introductions, maintaining product catalogs, and supporting product development processes.

Your expertise will also be required to investigate product performance issues, determine root causes, and implement preventative actions.

You will work closely with service delivery teams, regions, and product line teams to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities
  • Support product managers in leading projects and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance on product applications and optimize product performance.
  • Coordinate and plan field tests to support product introduction and optimization.
  • Communicate engineering and technical positions to internal stakeholders.
  • Support service delivery teams in investigating product performance issues and implementing preventative actions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in service delivery, technology, or sales and commercial roles.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Ability to travel over 25% of the time.
