Job Description

The role of Assistant Director, Rewards Programme Management is a key position within the organization.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive rewards programme to engage stakeholders and support national initiatives.
  2. Manage a board-wide rewards platform and services to optimize user experience.
  3. Provide leadership in policy development, governance oversight, conceptualizing rewards initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring optimal user experience.
  4. Oversee marketing initiatives, develop analytics, and implement process improvements.
  5. Lead customer-care operations, managing queries, escalations, vendor relationships, and service development.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess at least 10 years of experience in rewards or loyalty programmes, data analytics, and have a strong understanding of domain expertise.
