Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Account Manager at YTL CEMENT TERMINAL SERVICES PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for managing sales activities, addressing customer inquiries, and processing sales orders. You will also be tasked with seeking lead contacts, performing marketing and cold-calling, and providing support to the Sales Admin and Marketing functions.

Main Duties:
  • Manage sales activities, address customer inquiries, and process sales orders.
  • Seek lead contacts from various sources and perform marketing and cold-calling.
  • Provide support to Sales Admin and Marketing functions.
  • Conduct site visits and meetings to discuss delivery requirements.
  • Offer inside sales support to internal departments to ensure team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Follow up with site visits, order coordination, and payment collection.
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
