Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Account Manager at Talent Trader Group PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for achieving monthly sales goals for assigned accounts. This involves partnering with Operations to enhance sales, distribution, and merchandising efficiency. Additionally, you will track service levels for assigned accounts and work to reduce missed sales opportunities.

Promotion Strategy and Product Launch:
  • Develop and refine promotion tactics to boost sales.
  • Collaborate with retailers to set objectives and develop marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify growth opportunities.

Product Launch and Relationship Building:
  • Facilitate new product listings with supermarket chains and oversee planning and execution of product launch activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, store staff, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth operations.
  • Gain insight into the customer's business environment and identify opportunities to expand market share.

Sales Development:
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of sales initiatives, such as new product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Track and manage marketing expenses to stay within budget.
  • Analyze sales data and category performance to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of sales experience in the FMCG field.
  • Exceptional customer service and presentation skills.
  • Positive, dynamic, and results-oriented individual.
